On-Site 2011/12 Service Level Agreement (Time Based)
Not all schools can afford a dedicated IT engineer. That's where Service Level Agreements (SLA's) offered by iConcierge comes in. SLA's are cost effective ways of maintaining a schools IT environment. A combination of plans can be used, so regardless of the amont of support you require, iConcierge can be with you every step of the way.
On-site Vouchers and Bookings
Vouchers are Pre-Paid hours for engieering labour. Vouchers have a life of two years and can be used for anything from installation of server and storage, creation, testing and deployment of standard operation environments (SOE), maintenance of IT equipment and training of your staff (teaching, general and IT). On-Site Engineering Vouchers are a cost effective way of installing and supporting your school infrastructure and workstations.
